Casa Ana
Situated on a quiet street in the centre of Bedar village, Casa Ana is a modern town house within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and bars that Bedar has to offer. The townhouse is very spacious and tastefully decorated with the main living quarters being on the first floor to take account of the wonderful views of the village and the mountains down to the sea. The house consists of downstairs:-2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin both with large double wardrobes, study area/storage room, bathroom with bath and shower over. On the first floor there is a shower room then open plan living consisting of fully fitted modern, white kitchen with 6 ring gas range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Moving through, there is a dining area with space for 6 people and a lounge with wood burning stove for the winter months and panoramic windows offering views of the village. There are also 2 settees, coffee table, Colour TV, music system and a selection of games and books on offer for your enjoyment. All bedrooms and main living rooms benefit from room fans and air conditioning and heating. As well, we also have mosquito nets on all windows.From the lounge there is a further staircase up to the magnificent roof terrace with a dining area benefiting from "toldos" to give privacy and shade. A table and 4 chairs are available. The front terrace offers uninterrupted views to the mountains and the sea. This area has sunshine all day long and there are 4 sunbeds available. Finally there is a washing/drying area with fully automatic washing machine. Casa Ana holds a maximum of 4 people. Please note it is not for very young children. There is no wheel chair access. On arrival, guests will be met with an English speaking representative to welcome you to the property. Laundry is changed on a weekly basis. An additional cleaning service can be arranged at a cost of 10 Euros per hour. Beach towels also provided for guests. There is also a refundable deposit of £100 to cover safe return of keys and damage/breakages. |
